The mission of the QOV Foundation is to cover ALL those servicemembers and veterans touched by war with Wartime Quilts called Quilts of Valor (QOVs).  This Foundation is not about politics. It is about people.

Since 2007 students at CEPi have completed 9 quilts. In June 2009, four students traveled to Prescott, AZ to attend a quilt show and where they presented their quilts along with others to wounded military veterans. We were also featured on KOAT TV morning show in November 2008.

This year, we plan to complete four quilts and also create 22" square patriotic art quilts to submit to a traveling quilt exhibit that raises money to make more quits for our servicemen and women.
